Throughout the year, we have the possibility to introduce the beneficial owners of the funds or assets to a trading platform providing for a secured and tailor-made trade offer (Private Placement Program) in relation to their funds or assets in consideration to the intended projects or financing of the clients.
Among several options, we can introduce the funds' owner with a minimum of 100,000,000 cash to a reliable and performing trade. We have a very large platform not limited to just one bank in place. Any amount in a shot is possible. We arrange multiple trading accounts. Generally this large platform is not motivated to take less than 100,000,000 but it can consider and accept files from smaller clients.
Final approval is by trade system and authorities in charge.
We allocate one of our credit lines delivered against the deposit of clients funds to the trader and then the trading facility (PPP) will start effectively. The client receives the net profits or returns of the trading facility allocated for the projects funding of the client upon the execution of all necessary legal mutual commitments to be detailed in a trade and investment agreement. A private placement is for project funding however the platform can assign clients without projects to clients from clients' fields of business to own and finance.
The underline of the trade is a secured buy or sell trading operation of MTN life notes providing for a no-loss trading facility where the client's capital is under no active threat of depletion.
Any funds currently blocked in favor of any party even if blocked in favor of the account owner are not acceptable. If the funds are already blocked, they do not qualify. Please ask the bank to unblock all funds required for the trade before the client submits their agreement.
Only the beneficial owner of unrestricted, freely transferable funds or assets (which is solely within the control of the beneficial owner and can be assigned to the platform) can qualify for a private placement program.
If the funds are less than 100,000,000 USD/EURO we do have some other opportunities but it is only on a case by case basis.
